Professor Ramesh Babu organized a workshop at the TCD campus for the Dairy Processing and Technology Centre (DPTC), bringing together researchers from TCD, UG, UL, and DPTC industry partners.

The day proved to be engaging and interactive, providing an opportunity to discuss the progress made to date and the next steps.

Following the workshop, all the attendees had the chance to visit Professor Ramesh Babu’s state-of-the-art lab facilities on the TCD campus.
