Bench-scale filtration units: Controlled filtration systems with crossflow membrane assembly for UF/MF/NF aimed at various separation applications.

Forward osmosis membrane system- separation based on osmotic gradient.

Pilot-scale filtration unit based on MF/UF/NF/RO system with process control.

Automatic film applicator: Reliable and reproducible equipment for casting membranes/thin films of defined thickness, coating for surface modification.

Electrospinning of non-woven nanofibers (25-2000 nm) from synthetic polymers, biopolymers, and polymer ceramic composite materials.

Brabender melt processor: Used to melt process polymer composites up to 500 °C and Torque of 200Nm (Sample weight: 40 - 70g depending on sample density.

Brabender twin-screw extruder: Used to produce polymer composites in kilogram scale.

Compression press: Used to press the polymer composites into sheets with desired thickness.

Ultrasonication unit SONICS VCX 750 liquid ultrasonication processor and UIP1500hdT for lab samples, and pilot scale processing.

Original Prusa i3 MK3S+ 3D printer - constructing a layer-by-layer object using polymer or polymer composite materials.

Retsch Ultra Centrifugal Mill ZM 200: Used for the rapid size reduction of soft to medium-hard and fibrous materials.

Melt Flow Index MFI: Used for the determination of the MFR value in g/10 min of polymer materials.

Gel Permeation Chromatography: To determine the molecular weight range and polydispersity index of polymers over a range of temperatures and solvent types through RI and UV techniques.

Oxygen Permeation Analyser: Used for the determination of oxygen transmission rate (OTR).

DSC: Used to monitor thermal events.

Dynamic Contact Angle: Used to calculate the contact angle of materials using liquid(s) of known surface tension via a static sessile drop technique.

Tensile test machine: Used for standard tensile analysis with 100N and 2.5kN load cells.

TGA: Used to measure the thermal stability of materials.

DMA: Used to measure the Storage/Loss Modulus and Tan Delta values of polymer systems.
